Your 16th Australian Masters Games journey begins at the Games Accreditation Centre located at The Wharf Precinct,  3 Wharf Road, Ulverstone. It is the collection point for your Games accreditation pass and Games kit bag.

The Games Accreditation Centre also contains the Accreditation Help Desk, which is available for Games participant enquiries regarding registration, accreditation or lost/damaged accreditation passes. If you misplace your Games accreditation pass (or find another person’s pass) please visit the Games Accreditation Centre Help Desk or a Games Office for assistance. Please note that a Games accreditation pass replacement fee is payable for new passes that are issued to Games participants.

Games Head Office location: 1-3 Spring Street, Burnie (Open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm)

What do I need to bring to pick up my accreditation pass?

When coming to collect your Games accreditation pass please bring:

  • A valid form of photo identification (driver’s license or passport)

Accreditation services will be available at the Hotel Colonial Conference Room, 31 Elizabeth Street, Launceston and the Launceston Aquatic Centre, 18A High Street, Launceston as per the opening hours below;

Accreditation services will be available at the Wharf Precinct, Ulverstone from Thursday 19 October as per opening hours.  Accreditation Services from Friday 20 October to be located at the Kentish Visitor Informaiton Centre as per opening hours below.

Dragon Boat, Hill Climb, Karate

Accreditation services will be available at the Wharf Precinct, Ulverstone from Thursday 19 October until Tuesday 24 October inclusive as per opening hours.  Accreditation services from Wednesday 25 October to be located at the Kentish Visitor Information Centre as per opening hours below.

Team Collection

Team Captains or a nominated official from your team has the opportunity to arrange the collection of your team’s accreditation and Australian Masters Games bags by applying for group pickup by 9 October 2017.

Masters on the Wharf

On Friday, 20 October, the wharf precinct on the banks of the Leven River, home of the accreditation centre, will be putting on a 'Masters on the Wharf' event which will showcase live music, entertainment and drinks in a pre-games party.

Make plans to grab your accreditation early and stay around to enjoy the scenery with a cold drink enjoying the music and ambiance.
