Burnie and Surrounds

 

1. Comfort Hotel Townhouse Burnie

Comfort Hotel Townhouse Burnie is located in Burnie, 51 km from Devonport. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site. Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Free Tea & Coffee facilities, microwave available on request. Rooms come with a private bathroom. 3. Beachfront Voyager, Burnie

The Beachfront Voyager is located in the Burnie CBD right along the coast overlooking the Bass Strait. All rooms have queen size beds, ensuite facilities, tea making facilities, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards and room service is available.

Devonport and Surrounds

 

1. Ulverstone Sports Centre dormitory 

This accommodation is perfect for large groups and teams looking to stay together. It is located in West Ulverstone, which is a short 20 minute drive from Devonport. 

The accommodation includes:
Dormitory style - 36 Beds
•    4x rooms with 8 beds in each
•    And a supervisors dorm with 4 beds – with TV and kitchenette.
•    Kitchen/Social clubroom can be made available.

2.Camp Banksia

At Port Sorell in Tasmania's North West, Camp Banksia is the ideal place for groups to gather. No matter what your group intentions Camp Banksia has the accommodation, space, food and staff to cater for your every need.

Located 30 minutes from Ulverstone and 20 minutes from Devonport, Camp Banksia is set up perfectly for Games participants.

Stanley and Surrounds

 

1. Stanley Seaview Inn

Located an hour west of Burnie, the Stanley Seaview Inn is great for those looking for a true luxurious Tasmanian holiday in a historic town. All guest rooms have en suite bathrooms, flat screen TV’s and fast free Wi-Fi. 2. Stanley Hotel

The Stanley Hotel has old world charm and beautiful surroundings. Located in the centre of town patrons can choose a room with views of the town, long sandy beach or the rolling green hills. 

A choice of Verandah rooms which open onto a large balcony, Comfy rooms or the cosy Snug rooms all have refurbished bathrooms. A couple of rooms with shared facilities for our visitors on a budget give a range of options. Typical of the era, all 10 rooms are upstairs and have to accommodate the quirks of an 1830’s building.
